The first team of his professional life was Bancoroma Roma. He spent his career with this team from 1978 to 1991. Next season, he played partly for Seleco Napoli and New York Knicks. In the 1982-83 seasons, he played for the Albany Patroons and New York Knicks. Trent Tucker was his teammate in that season. From 1983 to 1985, his career duration was with Barcelona. Leaving Barcelona, Mike moved to the Limoges and played here for one season in 1985-86. In the next season, he played for Fantoni Udine.
