Lamb is the son of his father, Rolando, and his mother, Angela. He is the third of four siblings. His father was a pastor and a renowned buzzer-beater shooter from the NCAA Tournament of 1984 when he played for Virginia Commonwealth versus Northeastern. Zach Lamb, his brother, is also a basketball player who represented Cal State Bakersfield in NCAA basketball.
